Online Midwifery Conference in 2015!
The time is ripe to bring together midwives from around the world, in an accessible, convenient way! We’re thrilled to announce that a new GOLD conference will be added in the Winter: The GOLD Online Midwifery Conference! It will run from Feb 17, to March 31. It will feature accredited lectures, including a keynote presentation from Penny Simkin.
It’s a natural next step for GOLD to start an international Online Midwifery Conference. What we’ve noticed during the GOLD Online Conferences is that in addition to attracting Physicians, Nurses, Lactation Consultants, Doulas & Educators from around the world, many Midwives attend GOLD conferences. And, we’ve also had marvelous midwives as speakers, such as Vanora Hundleyand Ana Polona Mivsek.
The GOLD Lactation Online Conference, is the largest lactation conference in the world and is entering its ninth year. Its 'younger' sister GOLD Perinatal Online Conference is currently in its third year. Together, they now bring together over 2500 Delegates from 60 countries every year. We’re excited to continue growing the global GOLD Community, by delivering high-quality online continuing education for health care practitioners who support mothers and their babies.
